The Phantom Thieves of Hearts redeem the wicked by stealing the Treasures held within Palaces, alternative dimensions, materializations of distorted cognition. In order to collect the hundred thousand chips needed to reach the top floor where Sae, the Palace's owner, awaits them, the Phantom Thieves find themselves facing yet another game, the Battle Arena. Despite being oppressed by vile and unbalanced rules, Akira and the others collaborate and face the trial with determination, conquering Sae's Palace, the most difficult to overcome so far. Will they be able to make Sae, who has lost sight of the meaning of justice, see the error of her ways?
